I began this work in 1984, when call centers were still a young discipline and outbound telemarketing was a craft passed person to person. Forty years later, the channel has changed — the fundamentals have not.

We have written thousands of scripts. We have trained more than half a million agents. We have set up centers from the ground up and rescued campaigns that had stalled. The throughline is the same: respect the voice on the other end of the line, and build the system that lets your team do that consistently.
