A note from the founder
I began this work in 1984, when call centers were still a young discipline and outbound telemarketing was a craft passed person to person. Forty years later, the channel has changed — the fundamentals have not.
We have written thousands of scripts. We have trained more than half a million agents. We have set up centers from the ground up and rescued campaigns that had stalled.
